Luna Sol Esoterica is a 100 plus year old house in the historic part of Sanford Fl. This old home now is a Metaphyical /Pagan Book store.
The store is ran by author Ann Moura, a well known author of newage
pagan and metaphyical books.
The building its self is a old two story house, that has been on the site for well over 100 years. The house has served as a home, apartment, and birthing center before it became a store. The store was opened under the name Elemental Crossings and has now changed names to Luna Sol Esoterica as the business has a new owner.
The store is a very charming and spiritual place with a great energy all its own. Not you normal old spooky building.
The Clames: Cold spots, Footsteps upstairs, and on the stairs, as well as clames of a male apparition who has been seen both up and down stairs.
There are clames of voices and tapping sounds as well as doors opening and closeing.

doing EVP work so no one was walking
in the room at that time.
This is an investigator asking if anyone is

right after I had a Jar candle fly about 2 feet
off a shelf and hit me. The investigator is asking
if someone threw the candle at Bill. It said ( YES)

Of the male apparition. Maybe he was mad I got his

Case Conclusion:
Luna Sol Esoterica is not only a beautiful and magickal place to shop for lovely stones, crystals, books, herbs, and other metaphical stuff. It is also a building that is full of spirit energy. Psi- Cops can't say for sure who haunts the old house but we do feel that the location has plenty of Paranormal Phenomena to say that it has an Intelligent or Interactive Ghost. Yes, Luna Sol Esoterica is HAUNTED!

Private Residence in Altamonte Springs Fl -Code Name- Child Attack
The Child Attack case took place over serveral months and 3 investigations. Psi-Cops was contacted by the Client on August 28 2010. After our first interview we deemed that this case was an emergency case and we needed to put other things aside and make this case a priority.
The Claims: A male child was not sleeping in his bed at night. He would wake often, sleep walk and sleep in other places. He would refuse to sleep in his room. He often spoke of a " Scary mean lady" or ccary monster lady who growls at him. There where claims of shadows and voices calling out people's names. Another household member heard footsteps rush up to him and he claimed to feel the presence of something as it came close to him. The child would often grind his teeth and act as if he had issues breathing when he would sleep, but not often enough to need a sleep study. There where claims of a face being seen in a mirror in the dining room.
Note: I am posting all Evidence for the case together under Evidence, not under each Investigation date.

Not much that night. We did get a few EVPs, but not a whole lot that made sence. We did not get anything with cameras or video. We where not set up with the DVR system. We did get some very high EMF spikes, but those had to be ruled out due to Solar XRays that where very active that night. We got some confusing results with the Ovulis and Spirit Box.
By the end of the night we where frustrated. We did have a few personal experiences, but nothing that can be backed up. Mostly the feeling of being watched and seeing moving shadows. The one EVP we did catch that confused us was when we were on break. On the recording, you can hear us talking in the living room, and then you hear a voice mimic our voice on a recorder down the hall in the child's room using our voice.

That night the Client called me in a panic. I was told that the child was acting strange. That during the previous night he was sleeping on the floor in his parents' room. Then at about 3 am the child was grinding his teeth so loud that it woke the father up. Then the child looked at him and grinned an evil grin, but the child's eyes where closed and he looked as if he was sleeping. Then the child got on all fours and growled like a dog. At that point the child collapsed and seemed to stop the odd behavior.
So I was called and asked if I would come spend the night and stay up and watch the child sleep. So after arriving at the home, I set up all night. About 11pm after the father and child went to bed I began my watch. At about 2am the house came alive. The child started choking and acting as if he could not breath. I tried several times to wake the father but he would not wake up. So I carefuly kept an eye on the child to make sure he was breathing.
At 3:25am I was starting to dose off and at that time I felt something touch my leg. Then about 15min later I saw a full formed shadow person move from the hall into the dining room and into the laundry area. I moved around the home and took many photos and EMF readings but all seemed normal. Then as soon as I let my guard down the child would start coughing and grinding his teeth and saying things like "NO No..Stop." "Daddy...Mommy..Scary." Then I would try and wake the father but he would not want to wake up. Almost as if he was drugged. Soon as I would knock on the bedroom door the child would calm down and sleep for a few moments.
This cat and mouse game went on until the sun came up, then all of a sudden the child woke up at 6:00am and all activity stopped. As the father woke up I asked him if he was a heavy sleeper and if he had heard any of what was going on during the night. He told me that he slept fine and that it seemed as if the child had a quiet night. I then laughed at him and began to tell him about what had happned. We then decided that we would conduct another full scale investigation.

On this night we held no punches. The child was coming under attack nightly. He looked very drained and had dark circles under his eyes. I had suspiscions that what was going on was no normal haunting. I by that point felt we where dealing with a Non-Human Entity. That for some reason it was attached to the home or child and that it was attacking him and trying to divide the family causing as much fear, confusion, and relationship issues as it could.
So Psi-Cops came and set up a full investigation with a DVR system, and all of our high tech equipment. Our goal was to investigate the location while the child slept. We set up all of our equipment and put a base outside, we then had a very talented Psychic walk through the home to see what she could come up with. Unfortunately, due to confidentiality issues I cannot share those notes, but I will say she was VERY ACCURATE.
After the Psychic walk through, we went dark and began our investigation. Needless to say we had quite an eventful night. The child went to sleep and we recorded him with the DVR system. Before long the attacks on him began. Again, unfortunately I cannot show those videos because of confidentiality issues.
However, during the investigation, that night we got over 40 EVPs, and many hours of video with the DVR system of the child going through his ordeal. We also had a very good picture and a video of a board hitting me on the back after a session of provoking. Below there will be a few examples of the evidence we gathered during the investigation.
At one point during the evening I had enough of the games and out of concern for the family's safety and the team's safety. I called an end to the investigation. After sending the mother and child out of the house, we then began a house cleansing/blessing to attempt to rid the house of the entity. During the cleansing several members of the team heard the entity run out of the child's room and into the laundry area trying to hide. At the end of the cleansing the home felt MUCH MUCH better.
Post Investigation, the family has reported that the home is now quiet and the child has had no more attacks. He is returning to a normal sleep pattern and his breathing at night is normal. We at Psi-Cops Paranormal are hopeful that this case is closed, but we will keep in touch with the family to make sure that things stay quiet and normal. The last time I saw the child he looked much more healthy and was playful and happy.
NOW THE EVIDENCE:
This photo was taken by one of our guest investigators during the third investigation. It was taken with a Full Spectrum Digital Camera. Look at the part that is circled. Remember the child claimed that he was seeing a scary lady, well it looks like a scary lady to me. I would say the child was seeing something.

This EVP was caught at the start of the house cleansing.
We where going through the house ringing a loud bell.
It is thought that spirits dislike bells and that the bell
can raise the spiritual energy in the affected area.
You will hear the bell, but if you listen closely you
will hear the entity say "Gonna have to give up control"
Did he know his time was short?
At one point during the investigation, everyone
was on break but one investigator was in the house watching
the child. You will hear a faint scream that was not heard
by the female investigator.

At one point during the investigation when we where using the spirit
box, one of our Wiccan investigators came into the room and the entity
stopped talking. So the Wiccan investigator asked why it stopped talking.
The spirit box then says "Witch"
We then asked if the entity is afraid of us.
The spirit box replies "Yep"
The Wiccan investigator tells the entity that we will not go away
as long as it is still there. The spirit box replies "I know"
This last clip takes place during the cleansing/banishing rite. You can hear what may be the sound of the entity running.
VIDEO EVIDENCE
I have decided to share the DVR clip of the board hitting the investigator.
You will see three investigators enter an area of the home being remodeled. You will see a laser grid, note that in the area of the left doorway the grid is incomplete. Psi-Cops feels that the entity was standing in that area and thus the grid was disturbed. As the investigators leave the area, and after the last one exits the doorway and clears it, the board comes out and hits him. When you watch the slow motion you will see he clearly clears the door before the board moves. HE DID NOT TOUCH THE BOARD.

Case Conclusion:
The Child Attack case has been one of the most important cases we have done in a very long time. Any time a family is being assaulted by an
unseen force, it's very bad, but for a young child to become a target, that is just not acceptable. This case struck a nerve with all who where involved. When we as a paranormal investigaton group can help a family who is in real need, then Psi-Cops is going to do EVERYTHING we can to help. This is the reason many of us have made this field our passion and our work. Yes, we all want to prove that things are out there, but for many of us it is more than just getting evidence. It is about helping those who need help. Was this house Haunted? I think being haunted was the least of this family's worries. Page Jackson/Shiloh Glenn Cemetery
Sanford FL
Directions: Head North on 17-92 (French Avenue in Sanford) coming from Longwood. In Sanford, turn left at the Intersection of 17-92 & H. E. Thomas Parkway. Approximately 1-2 miles down the road you will see two different cemeteries on both sides of the road. Turn left on the first asphalt driveway. You will pass a couple of houses on your right. You will pass a sign for Page Jackson Cemetery then the road turns to dirt. This dirt road goes through Page Jackson Cemetery. Once inside, the road forks, take the fork LEFT to get to Shiloh Cemetery.
History and background:
This Cemetery dates back to 1870. There has been a lot of vandalism and is not very well kept. There are reports of Occult rituals that have taken place in the area. There also has been a few murders in the woods around Page Jackson. The neighborhood is low income and dose not seem to be the best. There are people who hang out in the cemetery and walk through it as a short cut. Also there is a lot of litter and trash. It looks like it is used by locals as a place to do drugs and other things. It also looks to be a place where homeless people go.
It is very very unkept and over grown. If you walk off the path in to the woods you will find countless graves and markers. Some very old some newer. Because of the overgrowth there are lots of little critters. The whole area is dangerous and is not the best place to be at night.
The Clames: apparitions, eerie lights/ghost lights, mist, unexplained sounds, disembodied voices, phyical contact.
People have claimed to see and photograph a woman in the cemetery. Strange noises could be heard sometimes early evening, but usually late at night, starting around 10-11pm. Also strange and eerie glows could be seen from the cemetery.

Nothing worth posting as real evidence, but we did get a lot of Orb photos, even though I feel that there may have been some actual energy orbs, because of the dusty dirt road I* am not going to post any. However, I will say that in past investigations we have had some good photos.
EVP Evidence:
We did get a few EVPs from the location. Here are two of the better ones.
This first one is a voice saying " I want to go home."
Very sad if you ask me.
This next Evp is of a scream. Now just to be fare, it could have been something far away in the background. However, there has been alot of people killed, mugged and raped in the woods around Shilo Glenn and Page Jackson so I have put this clip in just for you to hear. Who knows it could be paranormal. We did not hear the scream at the time.
Case Conclusion:
The Shilo Glenn / Page Jackson Cemetery has a long history of being haunted. Over the years I have spent many nights there doing research. I never leave the cemetery with out some kind of EVP or picture. I am not one that thinks every cemetery is haunted, but I feel safe saying that the Shilo Glenn / Page Jackson Cemetery is haunted. I look forward to going out there and doing more research again soon.

Titusville Playhouse Emma Parrish Theatre

History: Built in 1905, the East Building originally was a hotel and a Saloon. Remodeled as Titusville's first silent movie house. The tickets cost 5 cents for children and 10 cents for adults. There was a alley way separating the East building (Saloon) from the West buildling, a Billiards Hall. Also note that the Saloon ran a brothel upstairs. The building was remodeled again in the 1950s after a fire and was opened as the Florida Theatre. It eventually sat idle until it was restored by the Titusville Playhouse Inc. in 1981. It was dedicated in 1984 as the Emma Parrish Theatre named after the wife of Senator Jesse Parrish Sr. A face lift renovation was completed in 1991.
Folklore: There are many legends and unverifiable historical accounts. One such account is that of a man named Mr. Michaels. Mr. Michaels was allegedly gunned down in the alley which is now a covered hallway between what was the Billiards Hall and the Saloon. Local legends say that he was shot in the face during an altercation when one of the town big wigs told Mr. Michaels "No one in Titusville likes you and neither do I." And then shot Mr. Michaels in cold blood.
Another local legend tells of a little girl who died in the fire when the building burnt down. There are many reports of childlike activity in various parts of the Theatre.
Lastly, there is a local legend of an unknown male spirit who sits in the balcony on the third row third seat on the left. There have been many reports of this shadowy figure being seen in the balcony and the control box.
Claims: Emma's Attic - Disembodied voices, doors opening and closing, and wardrobe being tossed around in the closet.
The Stage - Disembodied voices, laughing, giggling, voices of an older female and shadows.
The Balcony - Third row, third seat, left side, many people see a shadow figure sitting in the seat. Also shadow moves about the balcony and into the control room.
Hallway - The hallway used to be the alley where a man was allegedly killed. People have experienced cold spots, voices, being touched and doors opening and shutting on their own.
Ghost Weather: Solar X-rays normal; GeoField unsettled; Moon Phase waxing; Weather was clear.
Baseline Readings: EMF was 0.0 through most of the building, except for one 4 foot area on the left side of the stage where there was some unshielded wiring. In that spot, the EMF was extremely high with readings up to 124.
Temperature - The baseline temperature throughout the building ranged from 73 to 78 degrees. So for this investigation, anything under 70 degrees we would consider paranormal.

Investigation Wrap up: Light on at 5:00am
This Photo was taken by a Full Spectrum Digital Camera. It looks like Ectoplasmic Mist on the stage. There was another photo like it but I added this one because it was more clear.

EVP Evidence:
We got over 24evps in all, so I am only going to put some of them here on the site.
The first EVP is just a sigh, but its creepy. It was recorded on the stage during dead time.
This Next EVP is a responce to a question. I ask Mr. Michaels if he wants
Jason to leave the room and he says " Yeah" or "Yes"
In this clip the investigator is telling the spirit to talk to him,and the spirit who we think is Mr Michaels is saying "I Can't"
Now this next EVP is a class A team 2 was in the hall where the alley use to be, provoking Mr. Michaels and asking if he was scared? Insted of a responce from Mr. Michaels we got this EVP. It sounds like a little girl saying " I am Scared"
In this EVP Team two was on the stage. I asked Doug Lebo our guest investigator if he wanted to talk to the spirits because he may be able to get a responce from one. Then you hear a voice say " How?"
In this Clip all the ladies had went up stairs to the attic to do some EVP. They do the knocking test and then Jason comes up to check on them. While talking to Jason they miss the responce. It was later caught during the review.
Now this next EVP blew me away. During our dead time when no one was in the investigation area, we put a recorder on the stage. What we caught was an EVP that sounds like a woman getting slaped by a man.
You will hear her moan and then a slap followed by the male voice saying
"Get Going!" I think this is a residual energy left behind from something that happened with one of the brothel ladies. Listen you will like this EVP.
In this EVP Team I was with team two. We where in the hallway / Alley where Mr. Michaels was shot do death. I am provoking him asking him if he would like it if I got my gun and shot him. The responce was very loud. Everyone on my team heard the responce with our ears over the noice of the AC unit. Listen and you will hear him say " How?" as in how am I going to shot him. Maybe he knows he is dead.
The next four clips are not true EVPs. There are sound bites from the
spirit box. The spirit box scans all the AM or FM radio fequencies. The idea is that a ghost or spirit can take the sounds and make words.
In the first clip I am asking if there is anyone who wishes to speak to us. You will hear a male voice saying " Please Leave"
This Spirit Box clip sounds like a male voice is saying
" I'm Scared"
In this clip a voice is calling out the name Dan. Maybe there are looking for one of our team members Dan Sweet?
In this last clip we hear a female voice on the spirit box asking us to leave. Maybe we where in the ladies only area of the brothel.
There are more EVPs and evidence, but I think what I have posted is the bulk of it and the best of it. In total we caught 24 EVP's, 2 photos, two video clips, and we had 4 EMF spikes, several investigators felt a cold spot and had other personal experiences. We also documented a 7 degree temp drop during dead time when some of the EVP's where recorded on the stage.
Case Conclusion:
The Titusville Emma Parrish Theater Playhouse is a charming old building with a long history. It has many rumors of ghost and things that go bump in the night. After a long night of solid investigation, it seems that some of the paranormal claims in the old playhouse may be true. Psi-Cops Paranormal feels that the Emma Parrish Theater is indeed haunted. We feel that we can be safe saying that there are at leist two spirits haunting the theater. Possibly Mr. Michaels, and an unnamed female child.
Psi-Cops Paranormal also feels that there is also a residual haunting. That of an altercation between a female adult and a male ( most likely revolving arounf the old sallon or brothel). Psi-Cops feels that there is no danger in any of the hauntings and that those coming to the theater should not be fearful. Just be respectful. Psi-Cops Paranormal wants to thank the Board of Directots for the invtation to investigate the playhouse, and we hope to be invited back again to do a follow up.
Final Conclusion: The Emma Parrish Theater is Haunted
